PIM Program Initiative

PIM: Helping SMEs solve financial challenges

On June 27, ACE launched the PIM initiative in collaboration with KplusV and HaarlemValley. By supporting this initiative, the province of Noord-Holland invests in sustainable and innovative small and mid-sized companies in the region.

PIM (Programma Investeringsgereedheid Innovatief MKB) is an initiative by the province of Noord-Holland that will be programmed by KplusV, HaarlemValley and ACE Venture Lab. The contract between the parties was signed on Tuesday, June 27. The official ceremony took place at a special location of the innovative Noord-Holland based ice factory ‘Professor Grunschnabel’ in Alkmaar.

An appropriate setting for the start of the program, according to the PIM collaborating partners. After an inspiring tour around the factory by founder Pepijn Ornstein, it was up to project leader Edwin Netjes (KplusV) to introduce PIM in the presence of the deputies of Noord-Holland, mr. Bond (economic affairs) and mr. van der Hoek (sustainability).

The official PIM launch will take place on October 17. ACE offers workshops and access to networks through the Ready to Scale program.
